God called Nicola peacefully on December 7, 2022 at the age of 91. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Griselda and is pre-deceased by his first wife, Hope and son Michael. Cherished by his dear stepdaughter, Gianna (Sergio). Proud grandfather to Christine, and step-grandfather to Matthew (Nadia), Mary Jane (Kris), Ian (Jennifer) and Jesse. Great-grandfather to Lia and Olivia. Nicola is survived by his brother Vito (late Rosa) and is pre-deceased by his brothers, Michele, Giuseppe, Costantino and recently Vittorio, as well as his sisters, Mariania DiCeglie, Rosa Chimienti and Angela Giustino. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family members in New York, South Carolina, California and Italy, as well as his friends.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Nicola can be made to the Mackenzie Health Foundation.

Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 4-8 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.).
