On October 31st, 2022, Nicola passed peacefully at the age of 88. Nicola is reunited with his loving wife Concetta in Heaven. Beloved by his daughters, Carmela, Josie, and Cyndi (husband Anthony). Proud Nonno to Brandon, Joshua, Matthew, and Michael. Nicola is survived fondly by his sister Maria, and reunited with his brother Donato. Nicola is not truly gone as he is remembered by his family, friends, and those whose lives he touched. His career as a barber established Nicola as a pillar of light in the community by Keele & Rogers for 50+ years, and a friend to any who entered “Italia Barbershop.” If you wish to honor Nicola, please consider donating to the Canadian Cancer Society in his memory. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 4th, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Parish (2 Richardson Ave., north of Eglinton Ave.).
