God called Michael peacefully on November 18, 2020 at the age of 78. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Rosa. Cherished by his dear children, Rosemary (Giuseppe Sportelli), Raffaella (Giacomo Sportelli), Angela (Luigi Belcastro) and Marisa Bucci. Proud Nonno to Michael, Maria, Giuseppe, Michael, Alessandra, Sienna and Daniel. Michael will always be remembered by his Brother Antonio (Anna), and sister-in-law Angela. Michael is reunited in heaven with his brother Gianni. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Scheduled visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Sunday November 22, 2020 from 2-5 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday November 23, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church (8500 Islington Ave., south of Langstaff Rd.). Private Family Entombment to follow. If so desired, donations in memory of Michael may be made to either Heart & Stroke Foundation or to Diabetes Canada.
