Obituary for Maria Sementilli
Maria Sementilli, age 80, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2020.
She was born August 6, 1940 in Ceprano, Frosinone to Saverio and Elvira Giannicchi. She married her longtime love, Luigi Sementilli who preceded her in death in 1978. Maria had a heart of gold, all she wanted was to be with her family spending quality time together. Maria is reunited in Heaven with her loving son Fabio Sementilli and her late siblings. She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Davide Verre. Cherished by her dear children, Lori (Joe Picillo) and Mirella Sementilli (Marco Lorenti). Proud Nonna to Anthony (Stephanie), Daniele, Massimo (Tiffany) Picillo. Vanessa (Michael) and Gianfranco (Kathya) Rota, Luigi (Julia), Gessica, and Isabella Sementilli. Adoring great grandma to Sebastian, Lucas Picillo, and Brooklyn Rondinelli. Maria will always be remembered by her siblings Vittoria, Rizziero and Anna.
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and friends.
Scheduled Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday December 16, 2020 from 6-10 p.m. (Please click the blue RSVP button to reserve a time slot). We are honored to be able to provide a Dove Release for the Sementilli Family. We will be releasing the doves at Maria’s residence at approximately 10:15 a.m.-10:30 a.m. If you are a neighbor, we encourage you to joins us outside on your driveway at this time to be apart of the dove release.
