God called Luigi peacefully on August 25, 2020 at the age of 91. He will be forever missed by his devoted wife, Teresa. Cherished by his dear children, Antonio (Stefanie) and Benedetta (Tony). Proud Nonno to Luigi (Sabrina), Joey (Christina), Rita (Mark), Krista (Luigi), Andrea, Daniela (James), Cristina (Tommaso) and Anthony. Adoring great grandfather to Julia, Lucas, Mason, Zayden, Lincoln, Tristan, Jace, Bianca, Jaxson, Emily, and Gabriel. Luigi will always be remembered by his siblings, Donato (Giulia) and Nunzio (Gina) and by his brothers-in-law, Vincenzo Pecchia and Nazzareno Bianchi. Luigi is predeceased by his other loving siblings both in Canada and Italy. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday August 27, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday August 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islington Ave., south of Steeles).
