Obituary for Josephine DeSantis

Tragically as a result of a car accident on Monday, March 22nd, 2021 in her 71st year. Loving wife, mother, Nonna, daughter, sister, aunt, godmother and friend. She is now reunited with Pasquale her dear husband of 44 years, and parents Antonio & Maria Carnevale. She was the beloved mother to Nino and Diana, Cathy and John Melillo, and proud dedicated Nonna to Ethan, Jonathan & Ella Grace. Big sis to Elda and Ernesto DiFonzo & Bruno and Kim Carnevale. Dearest Aunt to Anicio, Sandra, Joshua, Jordan and Nia. Josephine dedicated her career of 45 years with Bank of Montreal and will be fondly remembered by her former colleagues and friends. Josephine lived a full life and always wanted a home full of laughter and love. Anyone who knew her would know her for passion for cooking, spending time in the kitchen making delicious meals for her family and made sure you were well fed. She took her passion of cooking into retirement and worked part time for Pizza Nova taking phone orders. During her life, she touched many hearts and will forever be in our memories. “Until we meet again, may God bless you as he has blessed me.”
