It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather José Da Ponte. José passed away, peacefully at the St. Joseph's Health Centre on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at the age of 87. Beloved husband to Maria. Cherished father of Tony and Emanuel (Rose). Proud Avô to Kristopher, Jonathan, Amanda, Michael, Elizabeth, and Andrea. Bisavô to Nicholas and Alexander James. José will be deeply missed by his family, extended relatives and many friends. Unfortunately, due to the latest restrictions implemented by the Ontario Government & Bereavement Authority of Ontario, the family have made the difficult decision to hold a private visitation and funeral service.
