God called João peacefully on May 22, 2023, at the age of 83. He is now reunited with his loving wife, Maria, in Heaven. Cherished by his dear children, João (Sharon) and Marlene.  Proud Avô to Johnrocco and Madison.  João will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.

Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin St. 416-656-3332) on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church. (1481 Dufferin St.). Entombment to follow.
