God called Jack suddenly on Thursday April 1st, 2021. Jack was a soon to be father, and he will always be loved and missed by his wife Debbie. Beloved brother to Mike Chimienti (Tania). Dear son in law of Joe and Esmeralda Gouveia. Proud Zio to Mason and Hailey. Jack will be missed by Zio Ilario and Rita Daniele. Brother-in-law to Stacy (Chris), Jennifer, Samantha (Sebastian) and Jessica. Jack will always be remembered by his extended family, relatives, and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto” Chapel (2080 Dufferin Street, north of Rogers Road), from 2-9 p.m. on Thursday April 8th, 2021. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, our family have made the difficult decision to have a private Funeral Mass and entombment for Jack.

In lieu of flowers, the family would be most appreciative of any donations that could be made to the Go Fund Me Page in memory of Jack.

With the current restrictions put in place by the Ontario Government and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, the maximum number of people gathering at one time is limited to 15 percent capacity. Friends may attend the visitation, however, must reserve a visitation time slot of 15 minutes only, and do so by RSVP online or by contacting the funeral home.

You must also RSVP to attend the Funeral Mass. If you have not registered, you will not be permitted into the church. Names will be checked at the door.

You must arrive on time for your reservation. You will not be permitted access into the funeral home if you arrive after your allotted time slot.


All guests are required to wear a mask at all times and avoid physical contact with others.
