It is with profound sadness that the family of Guido Lecce announces his peaceful passing at home with his family by his side. He was 94.

He was fiercely dedicated to his family. A caring and devoted husband to Margherita, his wife of 69 years.Adored and forever cherished by his daughters Rosemary, Silvana, Rita and Denise, and son-in-law Danny, with whom he shared a special bond. A loving Nonno to Alissa and her husband Andrew, and to Erica, Emma and Matthew. He was a proud great grandfather to Cadence and Eliana.

He valued beyond words the close family and friends that surrounded him. The great memories of all the antics and gatherings brought him so much laughter and joy.

He moved through life with integrity, humility, and an intense work ethic. We were overwhelmingly grateful and lucky to have been in his orbit.

We would like to express our appreciation for the compassion and support of his caregivers Delly, Nicolaida, Tessy, Teresa and Edna.

Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church. (8500 Islington Ave., South of Langstaff Rd.). Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
