Obituary for Frank Mancuso

Mancuso, Frank, We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beloved Frank on Sunday March 28, 2021. We are truly devastated that he was taken from us so unexpectedly and tragically. Frank had such a beautiful smile and boisterous personality, he left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was the love of Sandra’s life, and the rock for many others. He was an amazing brother to Grace and brother in law to Gino Sartoretto, David and Fran Molinaro. Forever loved by his mother in law Gina Molinaro, cherished by nephew Christopher, nieces Loren, Deanna & Erica. He will be dearly missed by many uncles, aunts, cousins, godchildren, and his lifelong friends.

Embracing him in heaven are his parents Carmela and Giuseppe Mancuso and father in law Giuseppe Molinaro.

Frank loved to travel and had big plans with Sandra. He loved exploring the world be it cruising, walking, bike riding and most recently watching nature and travel shows on TV. Frank cherished his family and friends, they were the most important thing to him. He was such a compassionate, gentle person who had a way of connecting with people on a very deep level. His presence intimidated most but anyone who knew him quickly found out he was such a gentle soul. His smile was contagious and his heart enormous. Frank loved being outdoors watching the sun rise and set, he loved fishing, and gardening. He had such an appreciation for ethnic foods and loved cooking.

Frank was a proud employee of CRA, (Canada Revenue Agency) for 26 years, he held the position of Section Manager Toronto West TSO. He enjoyed his work and developed many friendships with his colleagues. He was an intelligent worldly man who loved meeting people. He was such a caring person, always approachable, always there to listen.

We have received an outpouring of condolences, thoughtful prayers and messages from his friends at CRA, we are truly touched. We find great comfort in knowing that Frank’s presence impacted so many of you.

The family would love to give everyone a chance to say goodbye to Frank but unfortunately, we cannot due to the Covid restrictions. As we cannot accommodate everyone, we have decided to have a private family funeral. The family plans on having a celebration of Life for Frank once the world resumes to normal.

In lieu of flowers a donation to DEBRA Canada (https://debracanada.org/pages/donate) or Canadian Diabetes Association (https://www.diabetes.ca) is greatly appreciated.
