God called Giuseppe peacefully on September 11, 2015 at the age of 85. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Caterina. Cherished by his dear children; Michael (Angela), Angela (Ugo Stagliano), Raffaelina, Nick (Debbie). Proud grandfather of Giuseppe (Gina), Cathy (Michael Carducci), Sabrina (Nick Lepidas), Anita (Joe Pisani), Pat (Tania), Josie (Kenny Gabriel), Christina (Alex Ceccini), Francesco, Michael (Emily), and Joseph. Proud great-grandfather of Alessandra, Giuliana, Sofia and Matteo. He will always be remembered by his brothers and sisters; Nicola, Severio (pre-deceased), Rose, Catherine, Teresa and Rita in Italy. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 2-4 p.m., and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate, south of Centre St.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge Street south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in lieu of flowers and in memory of Giuseppe may be made to Fr. Francis Geremia (donation cards available at Vescio Funeral Home during visitations).
